Thank you Mr Halliday. You've given us 5 stars again! And thanks for having a look at the 2006 310 shiraz (94points) and 2005 Cabernet merlot (90 points) as well as the chardy (94 points) this year. Here's what he had to say:
Beechworth Chardonnay 2006 - Very good colour; high quality wine from start to finish, with nectarine/white peach fruit and seamless oak; long, balanced finish. Screwcap 13.8° alc. RATING 94 DRINK 2015 DATE TASTED Aug 07

310 Beechworth Shiraz 2006 - Crimson-purple; elegant, juicy black and red fruits, licorice and spice; silky and supple mouthfeel and good length. Screwcap 14.4° alc. RATING 94 DRINK 2021 DATE TASTED Aug 07

Beechworth Cabernet Merlot 2005 - Herbaceous style; spicy/earthy edges to the blackcurrant fruit; while only light- to medium-bodied, has plenty of intensity and length. Screwcap 13.2° alc. RATING 90 DRINK 2015 DATE TASTED Aug 07
